Help!! I think I'm Addicted to MUA Cosmetics!!

Help!! I think I need therapy for my addiction to MUA cosmetics!!!

They're just so affordable and such quality products that I just can't say no!!!

I had a package delivered with new MUA products in it and I was over the moon!!! I received my 3 Free products and I love them all!!

( I blogged about the Magnetic glitter nails here)http://pinkhairbeauty.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/mua-glitter-magnetic-nail-polish-review.html

I highly recommend MUA cosmetics and If you love bargain prices and great fashionable cosmetics you should definitely buy some from your local Superdrug Store, I visit Superdrug at least once a week to check up on the latest MUA products as they release items regularly so keep an eye on the website, here's the link http://muacosmetics.blogspot.co.uk/

In the pic is just a few I could find out of my Makeup basket, I am officially addicted!

MUA Glitter Magnetic nail polish Review!

I Love this nail polish!!!! I bought the colour Piccadilly Circus from the MUA website http://www.muastore.co.uk/  I think that they're on sale from 31st of October and they cost £3, I paid £13 for a load of MUA products and I got 3 free gifts with my order of anything over £10.

I love this colour nail polish and the circles are easy to make on the nail. I've honestly paid a lot of money for different brand named Magnetic nail polishes in the past and not 1 of them even comes close to the ease of use and the effect of MUA Glitter Magnetic nail polish!!

I am going to buy them all, in every colour they have available, here's a link to all the other colours.

Boots No7 Skincare and Cosmetic/Makeup deals!

Yesterday I had spent over £5 in my Local Boots store and received a coupon with £5 off No7 skincare products and £3 off  No7 Cosmetics also In-store at Boots at the moment is a 3for2 deal on most No7 products!

(Hope you are keeping up with me?)

So Basically I bought One pack of Beautiful skin Quick Thinking facial wipes (£7) from the Beauty section and 2 nail polishes (£5.50 each) worth £18 and I used my coupons with the 3for2 deal and got them for £4.50...( Hurrah!!)

(The detail: The offer excludes gift sets, electrical beauty, beauty services, gifts marked with the green Christmas stickers and reduced-price items. Also, only one voucher can be redeemed per item.)

Of course you don't have to buy the facial wipes and nail polishes, they were the cheapest I could find at the time and I wanted to update my nail polish collection with the latest seasons colours!

To get this to work (You must buy at least one skincare item and one make-up item. As make-up's much cheaper than skincare, picking two make-up items and one skincare will maximise the 3for2 saving.)

To ensure the saving is big stick to the one skincare, two make-up items rule; and ensure the cheapest item isn't far cheaper than the next dearest. It's best to get the things you are missing out of your make-up kit rather than items you don't need just because it's the cheapest option.

NEW No7 Foundation Match Made Service!

I was so excited when I saw the Lisa Eldridge No7 Foundation Match Made Service video promotion, I had to go to my Local Boots Store and give it a go!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=MU03P6YVGwY

The No7 Assistant Mandi was so helpful and she was really excited about the new device which takes 27 photographs each time it clicks on 2 separate parts of the facial skin, I had my jaw line cleansed and checked with the device and it was so quick my results were Cool Ivory, Mandi the Assistant massaged in the Instant Radiance Foundation which melted away into my skin and disappeared into my face without any notice of it!  So now I can concentrate on the new Foundation Ranges which Lisa has helped develop for No7 in the exact colour match to my skin. I can choose Cool Ivory in all the ranges of foundations which include BB creams, Instant Radiance, Essentially Natural, Beautifully Matte, Lift & Luminate etc...
http://www.boots.com/en/No-7/No7-Make-up/No7-Foundation/

I had a good look and was getting advice from Mandi and the Skin assessment leaflet which helps you pick which coverage and finish you would like from a foundation.

I chose the Instant Radiance which gives dull skin a healthy glow and contains SPF15. I wanted a healthy glow and to pep up my skin and because my skin is dry the Instant Radiance will be gentle enough not to make my skin sting and be flakey from any skin that usually becomes dry from the applying foundation to my face.

No7 Instant Radiance Foundation SPF15 30ml  £12.95 RRP

No7 Instant Radiance Foundation Tester

Instant Radiance Foundation blended into skin.

Skin Assessment leaflet & No7 Instant Radiance Foundation

I got home and tried my new foundation out and I absolutely LOVE it!!!! The effect it gives the skin is medium coverage with a natural radiant finish. I highly recommend buying it and I paid £9.95 for 30ml because I had a No7 voucher which entitles you to £3 off  make-up or £5 off No7 skincare products.

Get to Boots and try the No7 Foundation Match Made Service ASAP!! You will not regret it! (hope not!)

Tesco Vitamin E Range Review

I have been addicted to buying lipsticks and lipglosses of late and I'll try to do a post with all of them in, I have been buying old classic colours and new glosses out on the budget market, But here's a review of 3 products I bought from my local Tesco Extra Store which is the "New Vitamin E Range"

Vitamin E (L-R) Eye cream, Illuminating Lotion & Moisture Cream

Vitamin E (L-R) Eye cream, Illuminating Lotion & Moisture Cream(with Flash)

Vitamin E Eye Cream SPF15

Vitamin E Moisture Cream SPF15

Vitamin E Illuminating Lotion SPF15 (without Flash)
Vitamin Illuminating Lotion SPF15 rubbed into skin

Vitamin E Illuminating lotion SPF15 (with Flash)

honest opinion and I can't say I like any of them apart from the Illuminating Lotion, I can only apply a small amount of any of these creams/lotion to my skin as my eyes sting for England!!

I feel that someone else may Love these products but myself, I cannot! If it stings or has a strong scent I am not even going there!!!!

I bought these for a bargain price of £1.66 each but I thought that if they are for the face that they would be fine to use but they're too strong for my skin and the scent is over powering.

I was impressed with the SPF15 and the Illuminating lotion is nice and shimmery on the skin but I will only use it on the skin on my body and not on my face as My eyes stream and sting so bad I have to wash it all off  and put cold compresses on my eyes!! I may be the only one who is having this reaction but all I can say is You can only try and see!

What shall I buy next on a low budget and also what I'm asking is which is your favourite Blush?  Is it powder? Cream? Gel?   Givenchy, Chanel, MAC, Rimmel, Nars, Max factor, Etc....???

I popped into Boots and bought 17 products!

So! A few days ago, I popped into my local Boots store to get my migraine medication as I was in there I could not help myself but to look at the cosmetics stands...

I've become a huge fan on 17 products and have bought a fair few items in the last couple of months and if there's a promotion on I'm a sucker for it!!!

I decided to try the new 17 BB Blemish balm in Medium, This one has SPF 25, 30ml and claims it "Helps improve Skin Condition"
http://www.boots.com/en/17-Blemish-Balm-BB-Cream-SPF-25_1273909/

It cost £5.99 for the promotional time and changes to £6.99 after but if you pay £5.99 for any of the 17 products you get a free gift!

The "Get Bronzed" gift comes in a box all wrapped up in tissue paper and inside are an Ultimate Volume lipgloss the colour is "In The Nude" ~ a small pot of Bronzed cream blush which is a limited edition and finally a pot of eyeshadow which reminds me of Sin from the UD Naked palette.

I tried the BB Balm which is one of many that I have bought and I absolutely love it!

It is very moisturising and goes on my skin really evenly and smooth, covers my blemishes and spots, pushes into the skin really nice and I highly recommend it!
I don't know what the original BB Balm is like but this version is fabulous!

The free gift products are a nice little extra to my collection of makeup and I find the eyeshadow so pigmented and has hardly any fall out when applied on top of eye primer.

The Cream bronzer is great but I find that because I use fake tan on my face you can hardly see it as it blends into my cheeks and temples a little too well for my liking!  Appears more like a shimmer instead of bronzed sunkissed cheeks, maybe if you have paler skin it will look more appropriate as a bronzer than it does on darker skin but none the less it's still fab as a free gift!

My First Post!! YAY!!!!

Oakies! So This is my first post so please be gentle and let me know if I go wrong or any hints & tips let me know and I will take all on board!

First off, I'm a mother of 2 boys and I've become obsessed with cosmetics and beauty products! I usually fix Pc's and laptops but of late I can't seem to get enough of cosmetics, beauty, hair etc...

I've been watching an excessive amount of beauty videos on Youtube.com and I've been searching for drugstore cosmetic products and am getting a rather tasty collection in my opinion...

I can't afford high end products as I always put my 2 boys first before anything so money goes on them and any left I have little treats for me!!!!

On the hair fashion side of things, I've been really into dying my hair mad colours through my fringe/bangs and at the moment I have pink and purple running through it with dark brown on the rest of my hair.
Any tips and hints I can help you with on dying your hair I will gladly be of help and service to you!  I'll be writing some blogs about dying my hair so that's for future posts!

I'll be posting a little haul I bought a few days ago from my local boots store but I'm easing myself into these Blogs as I haven't really got a clue what I'm doing at the moment haha!! ANY HELP is very welcome!!!
